How we process your personal data.

When you shop, we store your name, company name, CVR/EAN, address, email, phone, order details and the files you upload. When you write to us, we store your message and your contact details.
The information is used to process and deliver your order, send invoices and answer enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and to comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (art. 6(1)(c)).
We only share information with the shipping company, the payment provider and our hosting/IT suppliers to the extent necessary. We never sell your data.
Order and accounting data are kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year. Print files are deleted no later than 12 months after delivery, unless you ask us to keep them for reorders.
We use necessary cookies for the cart, login and your choice of price display (incl./excl. VAT) and language.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Contact us at info@trykfolie.dk. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
